Chocolate Specialist

Constantinos is the biker, who fell in love, with chocolate. He comes from Cyprus, Limassol. He has a wide range of experience n the culinary world where he worked in different stations in hotels in Cyprus. He then travelled to the United Kingdom and was working in different restaurants and hotels as a Chef for 5 years. He returned to Cyprus and decided to take on the challenge as a Chocolate Specialist in Wilton since 2019. Constantinos also took part in different competitions and has multiple awards in desserts and as an assistant of the best chef of the year. In his free time, he enjoys riding his bike and watching different seminars regarding chocolate.
