Assistant Pastry Chef
No day goes by without passing from Rafaella and giving you a great big smile. She was born and raised in Indonesia, Java. She worked at a factory in Indonesia and then practised Nursery in Singapore. When she came to Cyprus she worked at a food factory for 2 years and she joined Wilton in 2021. While being self-taught Rafaella quickly moved from a general worker to being part of the Pastry Savory Department as an Assistant Pastry Chef. In her alone time she likes learning new things about confectionery. She relaxes by going to the beach or cycling while being with her family as well.
