Christos Poullis

Pastry Chef

Christos is one of our newest additions, and he is a Pastry Chef. He was born and raised in Pelendri, Cyprus, but currently rents in Limassol. After graduating high school he joined AXIK where he started his studies. Along the way, he was watching seminars regarding confectionery. While doing that he had part-time jobs in different bakeries and patisseries, but he also taught in the State Institutes of Further Education. He joined a well-known patisserie in Cyprus in 2014, where he stayed for 7 years, reaching his goals as a Department Leader. In his free time, he likes to go to the gym for some fitness, or out with his friends for coffee.
