Demetris Demetriou is the 2^nd Head Chef and Head of Production of the Wilton Factory. He was born and raised in Lefkara, Limassol. While studying, he joined Wilton as a Trainee for 3 years to learn from the founder. He proceeded in working as a pastry chef in Hotels and bakeries gathering as much experience and skills possible. He then returned to Wilton in 2019 as the 2^nd Head of Production. His creativity and hard work is shown on our end products. In his free time Demetris likes to go scuba diving or free-diving. He enjoys watching his football team as well as spending time with his children and family.
