Cake Specialist- Decorator
Dimitra Michael is one of the latest additions to our team as a Cake Specialist-Decorator. She is Cypriot from Vrisoulles village. Dimitra spent 5 years of her life as a Pizza-baker in the U.S. New York and then decided to come back to her motherland. She was self-taught in baking and managed to get certificates to then allow her to be the head of the cake department for 12 years in a well-known patisserie in Cyprus. She then was promoted as the head of the production for 5 years while at the same time teaching at the culinary college MIEK. In her free time, she likes to be creative with her own cakes, art and painting.
