George is a full of energy and brainstorming kind of person. Since 7 years old he had a passion for coming to the Wilton factory and learning more and more about baking and confectionery. He was all over the place trying to soak up all of the information he needed. After finishing school he attended IEK D Thessalonikis, where he completed a diploma in baking & confectionery. He’s been in every department since 21 years old and knows all of the products inside out. In 2018, he took the initiative to create Wilton’s own chocolate department and is now the Head of the department. In his free time, he likes to go fishing or skiing, if the season allows. He values spending time with friends and family, especially during nature outings.
