Head Chef & Head of Production

The heart and soul in the past 20 years of Wilton belong to none other than George Neocleous. He was born and raised in Cyprus, Larnaca at the village of Agious Vavatsinias. George joined Wilton in 2001 when he completed his army service. He loved the kitchen from a young age and he decided to follow that path. Self-taught and with a lot of seminars abroad he managed to become an excellent Chef, Pastry Chef and Baking Chef. His creations are served in all of Cyprus as well as London.  He has worked in all of the departments of Wilton, gathering knowledge of how our company works. He is now the Head Chef/ Head of Production, leading our company with his creativity and wit. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and testing, as well as spending time with his family. He is also a handyman with tools, allowing him to work on his DIY projects at home.
