Gregoria is our strict but gentle, ISO Coordinator, which overtakes even more responsibilities than required. She was born in Cyprus, Kondea of Ammochostos. For 17 years, Gregoria worked as the Head of Production for a well-known patisserie in Cyprus, and she joined us in 2000 as our ISO Coordinator. Apart from her responsibilities, she helps all departments reach their goals and provides assistance where needed. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her grandkids. Her favourite place to be is a getaway in the silent mountains of Cyprus.
