Katerina Philippou is a young sensation with an all-around knowledge of pastry and baking. She was born and raised in Cyprus, Limassol and is currently working as a Cake Specialist- Decorator. Katerina studied under the MIEK College and successfully completed her studies while working in a well-known patisserie in Cyprus. She then joined Wilton and for 8 years she has worked around every station of the factory. She is responsible for decorating cakes as well as end production products with her creativity. As a new mother, most of her time is devoted to her precious child, but she also likes cooking and reading novels.
