Michalis is a wise and creative professional in the department of Cakes. He was born and raised in Cyprus, Limassol. His vast experience of more than 30 years in the industry of food, took place in many prestigious hotels in Cyprus as well as in Greece, Chalkidiki. He worked in many stations as kitchen staff, Chef de Partie, Sue Chef etc. and since 1989 he has been with Wilton as one of the best Cake Specialists – Decorators of our team. Even in his spare time, Michalis devotes his time in his garden creating DIY pots for his plants, using rocks that he collects from Troodos mountain. He also has a big passion for football and his team.
