Monika Manakova
Pastry Chef
Monika is a very funny and passionate professional. She came to Cyprus from Slovakia, Trencin. Before arriving she was working at a local bakery as a pastry chef, but had to take some time off to raise her children. She then came to Cyprus and has been with Wilton since 2009. She worked in all different stations of the production and is now responsible for specific products like individual treats and wedding treats. In her free time she enjoys embroidery, spending time with her family, and resting while watching TV shows.
