Poly Andreou is a talented and creative individual that excels in custom cakes. She was born and raised in Cyprus, Limassol. Before joining Wilton or the industry Poly was working as a customer relations/ administration officer for 14 years. Her passion for cooking and baking enabled her to take seminars to practice and learn more, leaving her office days behind. She then joined a well know patisserie in Cyprus for a year before working with us. Since 2017, Poly is creating stunning and delicious cakes as a Cake Specialist-Decorator in Wilton. In her free time, she likes experimenting and mastering her baking as well as decorating skills, attending to her garden and spending time at the beach with her family.
